For the price we paid, I expected more. The people working there were nice to us, but the overall level of cleanliness and comfort (lack of attention to details) was low.
I have been there to meet one of my guest and my stay was for around two hours and I found the place decent for business travelers as well as families to stay.
For the price it’s good. Comfortable and clean room. However there was no water bottle or dental kit, we had to ask for it. One lamp was not working. Small things but for the price it was great.
I was traveling around middle east for two weeks and this hotel was my perfect stay. First, the receptionist are professional and kind. They made me feel welcomed, always smiling and willing to solve any issue or complaint I had. Second, the hotel room was very nice, clean, good smell, nice temperature. I had a good night sleep. Did not try the breakfast. The coffee in the inside cafeteria was delicious, would highly recommend the cappuccino with caramel flavor. The area where the hotel is booked is a bit distant from main attractions but very safe at night, with a lot of local shops and restaurants. Close by there is also a new mosque that is totally worth visiting. I would book this hotel again for sure if I visit Oman. Great value for the price, good location, very kind personal - I had an amazing stay. Thank you.
